Helén R. Løddesøl is a Reiki master teacher and yoga instructor, as an energy intuitive she combines this in a unique way.

Helén started with Reiki in 2000, graduated as a Reiki Master in 2005 and as a Reiki Master Teacher in 2008. She has since taught Reiki at all levels, both in Norway and internationally.

She has trained 'all her life'; competitive gymnast as a youngster, and after this as an instructor in several different forms of exercise (such as aerobics, spinning and water gymnastics with specializations in rehabilitation, the female body, pregnancy and maternity). She has worked as a certified yoga instructor for more than 20 years.

Helén has traveled a lot and to many places to work with international masters and to immerse herself in Reiki, yoga, and several different forms of movement discipline, meditation and healing techniques.
