1. The Agreement
This agreement consists of these terms and conditions, the information provided during the ordering process, and any specific terms agreed upon by the parties. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any specifically agreed terms, the latter will take precedence, provided they do not violate any mandatory legal requirements.
The agreement is also subject to any applicable legal provisions governing transactions between businesses and consumers.
2. The Parties
-
Seller: Reikimester.com
Helén R. Løddesøl

Org. Nr.: 982 964 946
Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.” -
Buyer: The individual or entity placing an order through the website.
Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer.”
3. Price
The total price for goods and services is clearly stated and includes all applicable taxes and fees. If there are any additional charges, they will be communicated to the Buyer before completing the purchase. Any charges not disclosed by the Seller prior to purchase will not be borne by the Buyer.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement
This agreement becomes binding when the Buyer submits an order via the website.
However, if the order contains any typographical or input errors that should have been recognized by either party, the agreement will not be considered binding.
5. Payment
The Seller is entitled to request payment for goods once they have been shipped to the Buyer. Payments on Reikimester.com can be made through Vipps or Klarna.
-
Credit/Debit Card Payments: If paying by credit or debit card, the Seller may place a hold on the total purchase amount at the time of the order. The card will only be charged once the goods have been shipped.
-
Invoice Payments: For purchases made by invoice, the invoice will be issued at the time of shipment, with a minimum payment deadline of 14 days from the receipt of goods.
Please note that customers under the age of 18 are not eligible to make payments via post-payment invoice.
6. Delivery
Delivery occurs when the buyer, or their representative, has received the goods.
If the delivery time is not specified in the ordering process, the seller must deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed by the customer. The goods shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
7. Risk of the Goods
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer once they, or their representative, have received the goods as outlined in section 6.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Unless exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, the Buyer may cancel their purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. The Buyer must notify the Seller of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start of the withdrawal period. This notice should be in writing, such as through email or a formal letter, and the Buyer bears the responsibility for proving that they have exercised this right.
-
Withdrawal Period:
The withdrawal period starts the day after the Buyer receives the goods. For subscription services or agreements involving the regular delivery of goods, the withdrawal period starts from the day after the first delivery is received. -
Extended Withdrawal Period:
If the Seller has not provided the Buyer with information regarding the right of withdrawal, including the standardized form, the withdrawal period is extended by up to 12 months. Once the Seller provides this information, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days thereafter. -
Return of Goods:
The Buyer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notifying the Seller of the withdrawal. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. The Seller is obligated to refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal, though the refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
9. Delay and Non-Delivery – Buyer’s Rights
If the Seller fails to deliver goods by the agreed time and this is not due to the Buyer or circumstances on their side, the Buyer may:
-
Withhold payment
-
Demand fulfillment of the agreement
-
Cancel the agreement
-
Seek compensation for any losses incurred
The Buyer may cancel the agreement if the Seller fails to deliver within a reasonable extended period, or if timely delivery was essential and agreed upon.

If the delivered goods have defects not caused by the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to:
-
Request repair or replacement
-
Seek a price reduction
-
Cancel the agreement
-
Claim compensation for losses
Complaints must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect and no later than two years after the Buyer took possession of the goods (or five years if the item is meant to last longer).
11. Seller’s Rights in the Event of Buyer’s Default
If the Buyer fails to pay or fulfill other obligations, the Seller may:
-
Withhold the goods
-
Demand payment
-
Cancel the agreement
-
Seek compensation
The Seller may also charge interest for late payments, collection fees, and reasonable fees for unclaimed items.
12. Guarantees
Any guarantees offered by the Seller or manufacturer are in addition to the rights provided by law. They do not limit the Buyer’s legal rights regarding defective or delayed goods.
13. Personal Data
The Seller is responsible for handling personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Act. Personal data collected during the order process will only be used to fulfill the agreement or as required by law.
For more details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
